CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company. The Customer and the Company together shall be referred to as “Parties”. This Agreement represents the Parties’ entire understanding regarding the use of the Information System and shall govern over any prior oral or written agreement, or discussions, or different additional terms, or conditions of any other non-Company ordering document.

This Agreement represents the Parties entire understanding regarding The trademarks, displayed in Global Engineering Solutions websites, software or in supplementary materials (including printed, embossed or otherwise manufactured materials), are the property of Global Engineering Solutions, its subsidiaries, affiliates or other third-parties. Unauthorized duplication or use of the trademark without permission, granted by the trademark owner, is prohibited.
PRIVACY POLICY
